Litho Printing
Offset Lithography is a widely used printing technique where the inked image is transferred ('offset') from a metal plate to a rubber surface and then to the paper or board. Lithography is based on the repulsion of oil (ink) and water. The image to be printed obtains ink from the ink rollers, while the non-printing area attracts a film of water, keeping non-printing areas ink-free.
Whether you require business stationery, leaflets and brochures, monthly newsletters or special presentation documents, you can be sure that our Shinohara and Ryobi presses can produce high quality finished results. These presses have production speeds of up to 12,000 impressions per hour, and with their excellent ink rolling power and superb registration, we can produce high quality full colour work in-house at sensible prices.
Unlike many printing companies we produce the majority of our colour work in-house and we always maintain a very high standard of quality control.
